I bought this product to be hooked up with my laptop. It's working just fine and I don't have any problem.
The sound quality is good. If you are not too picky about the sound quality, you will be satisfied with this product.
The only drawback is my laptop doesn't support 5.1ch sound but that's nothing to do with this product.
Overall, I'm pretty happy with it.
